Janet Ladd is a Certified Professional Coach and Organization Development Consultant with more than 25 years of business, human resources and consulting experience. Her proven approach to change leverages her in-depth experience inside the business world, years of in-depth academic study and research into how successful teams and individuals grow, and a passionate commitment to help organizations and individuals flourish.
Prior to launching Bounce-Forward, Janet was Vice President of a leading human resource technology consulting firm for more than a decade. She is a founding member of the Maryland Chapter of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and, as a member of the Board, helps direct the chapter’s professional development and community outreach efforts.
Janet holds an M.S. in Applied Behavioral Science from Johns Hopkins University and is a graduate of the highly-respected Newfield Network coach training institute. She earned her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coach Federation. With a strong passion for learning and a commitment to bringing evidence-based practices to her clients, Janet is always engaged in accredited training opportunities. Specific areas of advanced education and interest include positive psychology, neuroscience, adult development, and resilience.
As a cancer survivor, she is an active volunteer with American Cancer Society’s Reach to Recovery program.
Linda Roszak Burton is a leadership and team coach, working with individuals and diverse teams to resolve conflict, build consensus, and foster an environment of collaboration and accountability. Through her work with Johns Hopkins Hospital, Linda is involved in ongoing research correlating staff engagement with patient experience and outcomes.
Linda has a B.S. in Health Education from Virginia Tech and holds a Certificate in Brain-Based Coaching from the NeuroLeadership Institute.
Linda is a member of the Maryland Chapter of the International Coach Federation (ICF), the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources (ASHHRA), and the International Positive Psychology Association (IPPA).
She serves on the board for the Cool Kids Campaign and Intergrace and enjoys supporting students and adults in career transition.
Kathryn brings to Bounce-Forward 25 years of healthcare leadership experience, transitioning from her role as Vice President of a Toronto-based hospital in 2009 to become a leadership coach. A graduate of Newfield Network’s accredited coach training institute, Kathryn helps individuals and teams accomplish personal and professional goals.
A cancer survivor, Kathryn is a member of the Research and Evaluation committee and an active member of the Board of Directors of Wellspring, a not-for-profit organization that provides complementary support to individuals with cancer and those who care for them.
Angela Stauder is a personal success coach and writer devoted to helping clients thrive personally and professionally. She brings more than 20 years of diverse Human Resources and Organizational Development leadership experience to Bounce-Forward. A graduate of Newfield Network accredited coach training institute, Angela’s gift is helping clients quickly cut through chaos, confusion and complexity to discover and do work that matters. She specializes in working with individuals who are technically gifted, highly creative and/or have ADHD to align their actions and aspirations.
